Copilotim, Inc. provides an AI-powered platform designed to assist human resources (HR) professionals and teams. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- An AI-based chat assistant to answer HR-related queries.
- AI-generated recommendations on HR practices, policies, and procedures.

The purpose of the Service is to provide informational support and improve the efficiency of HR functions.
2. CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: NOT LEGAL ADVICE
This section is of paramount importance. Your use of the Service is an explicit acknowledgment of the following:

Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
Free Trials:
We may offer a free trial for a limited period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically billed for the subscription plan you selected when you started the trial.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Copilotim, Inc., an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
- To reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any data, information, or material you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process this data for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated User Content to train our AI models and enhance our services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow any account deletion procedures provided.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Copilotim, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- any content obtained from the Service, particularly any reliance on information which you have agreed is not legal advice;
- unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 6 months preceding the claim.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Copilotim, Inc. does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of state Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
